I hope someone can help. My husband's great uncle James Sharp married an Elsie Ray they had one daughter Ann Margery Sharp b.1935. She married Richard John Burton Shelley in 1956 and they divorced and in 1968 married Norman A Wood. She will be 75 now and I don't know where she is. I have written letters to loads of A M Wood all over the country, no luck. Her parents lived around Dudley and James was a miner. She married in Birmingham so I assume she is still in the area, but where! The family have an intresting past and close nit siblings scattered all over the country, Ann is one of the last I need to find. Please help

Re: Looking for a m wood

Norman A Wood / Ann M Shelley marriage 4th quarter 1968 Dudley vol 9b page 485
so married in Dudley, not Birmingham.

This might be way off mark, but...from a 1974 phone book, the only 'Dudley' reference for an N Wood gives this
(Tividale is just out of Dudley on the way to Oldbury)
