hi there came across these buildings next to witton train station behind what is now a newish building , something to do with cable tv i believe.. inbetween the rilway embankment and the river ???

I was told, many years ago that this was part of a smallcomplex that was built to remove some of the pollution from the river tame. Ithink there were a couple of settlement tanks nearby.
 
I do alot of photography and did this place back in 2007ish. I always thought it was a small sewage plant.
