Witton Cemetery War Memorial

Does anyone have any idea when what I think are referred to as the 'Screen Walls' (?) Memorial was erected in Birmignham? As I understand it, the names of individuals form WW1 and 2 are listed - was it erected after WW2 or added to? I have searched the internet high and low but cannot seem to see when it went up and therefore draw a conclusion on the point in time at which individuals would have seen their family members recorded there. Any clues?
Thanks as always for the assistance on this fantastic forum.

'Witton Wall' was constructed after the First World War, with 12 names being added after WW2 to 'commemorate those Second World War casualties buried in graves that could not be marked individually.'

Most memorials were constructed in the 1920s. You can read about the memorial on the Commonwealth War Graves site https://www.cwgc.org/visit-us/find-...ery-details/45007/birmingham-witton-cemetery/
