Witton Cemetery Burial Plot

There are maps of the plots but not I don't think there's one that shows graves.

There is a plot map on post #2 of this thread...


...assuming N47 is shown as just 47 it is towards the op in the centre. Numbers are not great but you can make out 48 and 47 is below it.

Grave stones have numbers of the back which should be in some sort of order.
 
there is a clearer map on post 96 on below thread..it only gives the section numbers so i think you may need help in finding the exact burial within that plot..trouble is i dont think there is any working staff in the office now at witton to guide you to the actual grave..i found out that my grandad is buried in section 3 grave no 0340 this was in 2020 and i made arrangements for a member of staff to show me the spot then covid took hold and soon after that the office closed..so although i have a very good idea where grandad is i still cant be certain..its sad as he was gassed twice during ww1 came back home but died young just before the start of ww2..buried in unmarked grave
