Looking through records at the central library 2 weeks ago I found that the marriage for Peter & Ann showed the both to have been married before, is it possible to check if you can who they were married to before, always hoping that they married before in St Martins Parish of course. This may have to be a stopping point otherwise.
Found a birth for Peter 12/1/1828 so was getting on when he re married but cannot find his first marriage.
Any help thank you.
 
In a search for something else came across this unanswered question from some years ago. I assume it's been solved but just to contrast how much easier genealogy has become a quick search reveals...

Peter Fellows married Sarah Cash 2 Jul 1769 Harborne. She died Aug 1780, just a couple of months before Peter re-married.

Ann Norris married William Boden 28 Feb 1762 St Philips, Bham. He was much older than her and possibly died in 1774

It probably took longer to type this message than find the info.
