So many references to Job Whitehouse, but I can't seem to find mine. I have a Certificate of Marriage from The Parish Church in Erdington. George Ernest Whitehouse, Carpenter--Job Whitehouse, Commercial Traveller (father), to Catherine Dabbs--Henry Dabbs (father). Witnesses were both Dabbs, dated October 8, 1894. Interestingly, address listed as next door to each other on Clarence Road.
In my lookups, I have found Caroline Amelia Atkins (just the marriage listing, not the actual certificate), and a Caroline Amelia Whitehouse death listing. Also census listings with the children's names being the same, some with Job, some without, which makes sense as he is a Commercial Traveller.
If anyone has any leads for me, I would be very grateful, as I am at a dead end. If this story needs clarifying, or moving please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Job Whitehouse married Caroline Amelia Atkins in 1856 Wolverhampton
In the census entries there is the consistant entry for Caroline every time she is b. Leicester and her age is always correct.
The reason the childrens names do not always match is down to the fact that what they were registered as and what their parents called them often differed. For example Amelia E on the 1881 is Kate on the 1891
She was registered Amelia Kate E Whitehouse.

Thank so much for the help!
I suspected it was always the same family in each census.
I will have to get a copy of the marriage certificate for any more information on Job (the one I am having trouble with as there are so many!)
