My Granddad Jack Larvin is on the picture possibbly taken late 30's - early 40's.

A very rough guess would be Stoney Lane Smethwick in the hope of eliciting a clue. Would the location have anything to do with what they are wearing in their buttonholes and the bottle of Chianti? the chap in the middle is holding.

Resurrecting an old one perhaps, but it's post-WW2, the 'coach' is a wartime utility Bedford OWB bus like this one.
