I Have to agree with doris that as just come up from lichfield rd and just passed the victoria rd police station if you look at the right hand of the pic you can see the towers of the victoria police station at the top side of the picture
I knew this wouldn't last long! It is indeed the junction of Victoria Road and Park Road. The Motorman is setting the points to take his tram down to Witton Depot.
Its Park Lane up the Hill from Aston Church, Hall of Memory (Villa Park) and Witton Tram Dept

most definately doris is correct its the junction of victoria rd and park rd
and the tram is coming up past the victoria rd passing the poice station and buckinghams the chemist is on the far corner of the traffic lights
