Where is this bakers Van?

Sounds nice Mike. Think Pete had a COB on as I was late dishing up his curry. Well I have been wallpapering half the day. No pleasing you men is there?. Jean.

Now we are over all the puns (or should I say buns) I knew the area around Hawley's Bakery pretty well I courted my first girlfriend on the back steps of the Friends Institute (she was a lot taller than me so she stood on a lower step).

But I digress, I don't think your delivery van was anywhere near the Bakery as the scene s not familiar to me. Don't forget they had loads of vans and they delivered all over Birmingham so it could have been anywhere.

I enjoyed our little walk down the Moseley Rd, I thought you would have popped into the Belgrave for one with big Harold, but no when you turned left into Highgate Road I though he's heading for my local The Talbot.

But I was fooled again you crossed the road into Woodfield Rd I'm afraid all you would find there would be Hudson's Removals on the corner and Ellison's chippy just inside the road. There was a little grocers shop in between them at one time but it was nothing like the photo.
