I Think It Was The Birmingham Gaol Before It Became B,hams Works House
Which Was Incured Weston Rd And All Around To Lodge Rd To What They Named As
All Saints , Work House And Then They Turned It Into A Mental Hospital
And Now Winson Green Hmp Prison Have Now Required Some Of It Back For There Use Of Prison Cells Best Wishes ASTONIAN ,;;

Not a prison, not a hospital, not a football ground and not a brewery. In fact none of the places mentioned so far.

This is a pretty darned big building and looks to be in the outskirts somewhere. Many windows... several floors...not a mill...manufacturing something or things???...big chimney and Villa supporters working part time in the fields. Hmmm.
Anything to do with electrical appliances or electro plating?
