Phil can't make up my mind whether there is metal or wood in those Wooden Barrels
 
This is a good one Phil, I will have a go at casting concrete? Maybe for supports? Possibly Nechells Power Station? Looks like the timberwork around the round things looks temporary and it must be something heavy inside looking at the support bands around the timberwork.
 
Is it vinegar being brewed or probably stored. Assuming its in birmingham its probably Holbrooks. If its not then its probably holbrooks at Stourport

at first i though it was to do with paper but i dont think they recycled in those days..lol have not got a clue but it looks like the chap by the top left hand barrel is tipping something inside....

you are too good by half, It is vinegar being brewed at Holbrooks on Ashted Row Nechells. It could have been Sardons in Glover St Small Heath.

Lyn paper was produced from re-cycled material in China 2000 years ago.
