Where is This? 117

Phil

Gone, but not forgotten.
I'm loosing count I think this is 117.

What we have is a double-fold question here. First of all where is this little backstreet located. You might have to be from the area it is located in to recognize it.

Although I know the answer to that part of the question, this next part I do not, so hopefully one of our resident vehicle experts may be able to answer this. "what is the make of that car" I thought it might be a Zephyr or a Zodiac, but were they that big.

The car is a mk 111 zephr of the type used in z cars dont know if it is the angle the photo was took but it seems a bit longer maybe its the minivan in front?as for where it was off pershore road selly park?

Do you think so? I thought it may be, but then again I thought no it can't be. The boot looks too long, there again I know very little about cars.

Certainly a Zephyr, the camera lens has distorted it.
No idea where, a short road leading to a canal wharf perhaps?

I agree re the car - the perspective has been distorted badly.

still think its zephyr mk 3 here are a couple of pictures to confirm had a closer look at the picture dont think it has been modified but maybe? I think it is the camera angle

pitny street, off great francis street

Well done jonacs1 I did say it would have to be some one who had lived in the area that got this one. Pitney Street off Great Francis St Duddeston. One access to the Sheds & Sidings at Vauxhall & Duddeston Station.

By the way maggieuk, you couldn't be off topic, this was the topic the other is just a side issue that I raised that I wasn't sure of, but it looks like the consensus is its a Zephyr.

Phil.
