I have already given clues, quite a few, but generous as I am I will give more. It is located in Birmingham south and it is not a public building of any sort. School, Hospital, Council Offices, Church, Library, or anything else of that ilk.

There I have just removed 75% of the buildings in Birmingham from the equation.
