Where in Aston ?

There's a newspaper article in 1900 (Bham Daily Post) that seems to say that a John Morrall, glase and lead dealer was at 113 Newtown Row?

The picture caption says Polar Terrace, but should this be Poplar Terrace, and if so which one ?

“A 70-year-old Aston man, Mr. John William Goddard, and his 22-year-old son, Mr. John Henry Goddard, jumped for their lives from a bedroom when fire broke out at their home, 15, Polar-terrace. Picture shows a neighbour helping to rescue furniture after the fire, which was reported in the later editions of yesterday's " Evening Despatch." (March 1940)

On 1939 eroll a John William and a John Henry Goddard are listed at 15 Court 28 Lichfield Road Aston. The court is listed between 330 and 328.

Traced them on 1945 eroll and it is labelled POPLAR Terrace

Based on the fact it is between 328 and 330 I assume it is the terrace I have marked in blue. The houses in the court now seem to be called 15/328 so I have ringed what I think is number 15.
