Where did you live

Thanks for that. Im sure we have seen it and it says she died 1942 of TB. I am not sure about middle name but Lilian is spelt correctly, so it could be and that's exciting. The reason we are looking is because she potentially had another child called Dorothy Green who we are trying to trace. She was Lilian Jones married Harry Green in 1926 but he ran off when my grandad was very young and Lilian gave him up to her parents to look after so we don't have much information but keen to know more!

Hi Gerry do you recall who lived at 115 calshot Road. My great grandma Lillian Jones or Lillian Green was reported to be living there when she died in 46. Id love to know who with, possible a Dorothy Green or William Taylor. Do any of these names ring a bell please?
I have just found evidence that she lived with a family friend called Jane Smart at 115 Calshot Road

hi sezwa1 we are going off topic a little now...this thread is for where we lived not for family research...i note that you have also started a thread under our surnames section which is a much better place to be and where you may get more of a response.. so could you post any further comments under that thread please as it will save confusing the 2 thread...hope this helps..link below to your surname interest thread

Hi, I was born at 120, Calshot, which was across the other side of the road. I had a friend as a child called Tony Green, who would have lived in the 115 area....unsure of a William Taylor or a Dorothy Green. Sorry. Gerry
