Really disappointed :( that I couldn't make it but I was feeling too unwell to come. Thank you for posting the photos, it looks as if you all had a great time and it is nice to see you all.
Hopefully when there is another tour I will be fit.
Polly

As a matter of interest did anyone on the tour notice a young couple with a little girl and a baby watching from above the catacombs. It was my son daughter in law and grandchildren they said they didn't want to disturb me in flow:D I was disappointed they didn't come and say hello.:(

Thanks Ken it was nice to meet you and Bren! The photo's of the Pen Room are the best I have seen thank you!:)

Thanks Wendy shame the sun didn't have is hat on , loved meeting you and the other folks sorry if Bren looked a bit of a hoody ,has i have been taking him out on the bike he thinks he is a hells angel lol , hope to see you and the other members again .

Ken I never thought of Bren as a hells angellol As I said it was great to meet you both. And an advantage when you are good with a camera.:)

...the photos of the Pen Rom are certainly some of the best I have seen and I'm a volunteer there!!!!!...and a fan of Key Hill...and a mad collector Of EVERYTHING with the word BIRMINGHAM on...and Chance glass...and writng stuff...and irons from Colin and all sorts!!!!...and I've just spent a wonderful day at Malvern Flea!!...heaven!

Thanks all , the prob with getting good photos in pen room is bad lighting you would need to put a lot of kit up to get the right shots same in key hill to dark. its fun happy snapping i did have some help from Bren the moor we go out with a camera the better the shots he gets . I'm glad the other members got some good pic`s thanks Bren good times to look bake on .https://i633.photobucket.com/albums/uu54/kenyo1800/_bren.jpg my fav pic of the day

Some really interesting photos on this thread.
I was hoping to come along to Key Hill at the last minute, but due to other committments I was unable to make it.

I have visited Key Hill many times, but I have never managed to do the tour. ( to Busy Chatting :P )
I know a tour is coming up in November, but I doubt if I can make that either.
Perhaps you could do another in the near future Wendy.

Pollypops, I hope that you will soon be feeling better.

Bo

Just back from Bruges, so couldn't make the Key Hill Trip, but it looked as though everyone had a good time (Wendy..you make an excellent guide!)
Key Hill's looking good with the autumn leaves...also looks good in the Spring with the bluebells, and in the summer with the birds singing...and the winter with all it's frosty glory...I kinda LIKE Key Hill Cem., but you'd never guess.
I hope some will sign up to The Friends of Key Hill, without them the cemetery wouldn't look nearly as good or feel nearly as safe and...dare I say it... as WELCOMING :D!
