Hi Stevencath11: There is quite a history going back to 2005 with Keith Berry's photo collection and the Birmingham History Forum.

The ups and downs of the site due to Keith Berry passing away and the photos disappearing. There is a fee to maintain these photos on this site
and one of our members Bill Dargue, who by the way has an amazing site on Birmingham of his own: https://billdargue.jimdo.com/ has recently kindly renewed the
subscription for one more year. It's always nice to go through Keith's photos and remember his dedication to recording this collection of photos of Birmingham and surrounding areas.
 
There are some great photos on the site, thanks for bringing it up Cath.
And thanks to Bill Dargue for renewing the subscription.

Thanks Stevencath, I have just spent the best part of the afternoon (at work!!) looking at the old photos again ;-D
