Watton Family

macdog

proper brummie kid
My Watton ancestors had a large family but I have only been able to trace my immediate branch. EDWIN FRANCIS WATTON and ELIZA COX had at least eleven children. In 1901 they were living in Paddington Street/Square with nine of their children.

In 1891 my great grandparents, also named Edwin Francis Watton, his wife Mary Ann (Jones) and their three older children were living in Wilton Street, Aston. They lare moved to Bolton in Lancashire. The name WATTON is often transcribed as Walton which has made tracing them difficult.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who is connected to this family.

Hi Louise,

Thanks for trying to help with my elusive Watton family, What a great image of John you have. Unfortunately, your John does not appear to be part of my family.
