Water orton

Hi there
Looking for any information and photos of the police houses at 165-167 Birmingham Road Water Orton. I love to know when they were built, or if anyone remebers the families that lived there. I was born and lived in one of the house in the 60's and early 70's and I'd like to research the buildings further.

with thanks

I thought the residents of Water Orton may like this poem by my ex-manager, Spencer Lucas, when I worked in the Technical Dept at Fort Dunlop from 1958 until 1965. He moved to Water Orton when he got married in 1958 and only recently relocated to Scotland to live near his daughter after the death of his wife.
Spencer is a gentleman and residents who read this may remember him.
