Warren Henry John b1929

Henry John is my cousins father (died this year)...I am checking out the family for her.
His father was also Henry John born c1890 - married Alice Horton in 1928

My problem is that I can find no trace on 1891 or 1901 for the father....
Can anyone help?

Was Henry John (the father) born in London?

The only birth registration I found for a Henry John born in 1898 was in March Qtr in Kensington

There is an entry on the 1901 census:

This one has been bugging me for months...........;;;
Hopefully I'll now be able to trace back through the census - but having said that I'm already stuck on 1871 - where I can only fins one John warren who was a servant...........
