Can someone please provide some assistance?

I am reseaching my family tree, I have established my great grand father had a a business at 123, Bishop Street, W.T. George & Co, a Ship & Railway Lamp Maker. I have search the internet but, have not been able to find any reference to the company.

I have several copper lamps presumably made by this company.

Does anyone have any information about them.

Yours,

Redkite.

From before the war the premises were also listed as the home of William Harvie & Co, ships lamps manufacturers. . I presume it was the same company – one tppk over the other
