Used bus tickets

I found 2x 2d bus tickets which must have been used as a bookmark by my Father in the mid-1930s. They are in excellent condition having been kept safe in between the pages. They would have been for a journey between the city centre and Gough Road where my Father was living at the time.
I do not want anything for them but would like them to go to someone who would appreciate them.

Hello John. I had no idea there was a transport museum in Wythall so will certainly contact them to ask. Thank you so much for your suggestion.

You’re welcome, I’ve been told it’s an excellent place and your post reminded me to pay it a visit.

Hello again, John!! Thank you again for such a brilliant suggestion as I have heard back from the Transport Museum already that they would love to have the tickets as they are in such excellent condition and have a back story!!

So, enjoy your visit when you go and look out for 2x 2d bus tickets on display somewhere!!!

Kind regards

Pauline
