hi was there a barracks.on the tyburn rd in the 50s 60s

could have been spring lane.. i sure there was one some were around there.by a sewer farm

There was a barracks in Spring Lane, because after the war families squatted in the some of the old army huts because of the housing shortage. I posted a photo of the camp on here some years back.

There was also one on Gravelly Lane where Jarvis Road is now.
