.... I think it's really marvellous that this Forum organises these cultural visits connected with the glorious history of our beloved city ..... or were you only there for the beer ??!?
Here are my last photo's of yet another great meet thank you Astoness for organising it and thanks to Two Towers Brewery for making us so welcome. Michael fully recommends Baskerville Bitter.
Thanks for the pics Wendy and to Lyn for organising things.
We had a great time, Dad recommends the Sherbourne and the Motts Mild - we are going to try and persuade the steward at our local club to run them as their guest real ales.
Thanks to Brian for giving momher brummie accent fix.

So glad that you all had a great time touring the brewery yesterday. Lyn does such a good job organizing these trips. The photos are great. I like the photo making that Wendy took of Frothy being studious. . Looks like he is wondering how he can turn his washing machine into a beer machine after seeing the photo of the vat with the window!
hi folks....well what a lovely afternoon we all had... many thanks to trevor and mark for making us welcome at the two towers brewery...it was great to go in the brown lion again too....must be nearly 30 years since i was last in there...will put a few piccies on later
Mike you and Mo were missed but we do understand and you must stay safe and keep well..xxx
Lyn I never thought we could have such a laugh. I also found the talk very interesting which suprised me as I have never liked beer but having said that all the men in our family do....lol
Jennyann, wait until you see the photo of Frothy trying to taste what he thought was beer - think it was one of Lyns!!!But he did manage the steps this time lol
