Tilton Road 1950's/60s

Brummie Lisa

knowlegable brummie
I'd love to see some pictures of Tilton Road in the 50s/60s. My mum and dad first met as kids, they grew up on Tilton Road. My Dad was an avid Blues fan! They eventually married in the 60s. My mum was Sheila Steele and my dad was Terence Storer (Terry/Tet). Thank you in advance.

Lisa , your grandparents lived at 2/77 Tilton road in 1939.
In 1921 william lived at 35 Tilton road and Gertrude Barlow lived at 1/76 Villa street, they married at St Andrews in 1934.

Yes that was my Dad's mom & Dad, I've got a Bicycle receipt of dad's- not dated, and he was living at 77 Tilton Road but not sure what year that was. Thank you.
