Is anyone able to clean this picture up for me. Its my daughter aged 10 months (on the right).I would be so grateful Many thanks.

No problem Carol.

Just as a note for future reference; this was quite a low resolution image, with make it slightly harder to restore. As you work, other artefact tend to creep in. When posting images for a tidy up, scan them at least 300dpi
