With its incredible architecture, this theatre pub is tucked away in John Bright Street. In the 1960s, it would have been more visible as shown in this B&W view below - The Victoria is just behind the bus. But with the redevelopment of the area including the building of the NCP car park and Suffolk Street Queensway, it has become less visible - I think I have the approximate postion of the photographer in the modern Streetview.
It's still a great example of Victorian pub architecture and has an interior that retains some of that character.
