Leonard James Thomas is listed at no. 1 Pelham Road on 1921 census and the 1925 ER. On 1927 ER he is at no. 767 Alum Rock Road and listed at no. 765 is a Clara Richmond. They are opposite the Capitol and were/still are shops. She isn't listed at no. 2 Belchers Lane on ERs from what I can see but possibly her shop.

At some stage (prior to 1938) that corner was developed, the buildings replaced by a bank.
