I once knew to two nefarious characters; twins of ill repute
An air of quiet foreboding dressed up in a Saville Row suit

They ruled their East End kingdom by the bullet & the gun
They never took no prisoners suspicious of everyone

Once a young ex paratrooper; who thought he knew it all
Delusions in 60's London ,awaiting a mighty fall

Jack the Hat was a character; especially when I stole his hat!
He chased me around a night club; what do you think of that!

I must admit what I've said above was excitement at its best
There's more to life than gangsters I hereby do attest
