hi folks..could i have a look up please to see how man globe pubs there were in birmingham before the 2nd world war and also after it....
 
i know of only 2 pre war.the one in blews st newtown and the one on the corner of hospital st and william st north newtown...
 
the globe in blews st is the only one i know of after the war as i beleive the other one was bombed out..

		 i wish i had a tiny bit of carls knoweledge its only because i have done a bit of research on the hospital st globe that i knew it had been bombed..ive posted this before but in case you missed it this is where our dad was born...but all his life he assumed that it was the globe in blews/manchester st where he was born and that pub is still up and running...as a youngster he was told by his mom and dad that he was born in the globe newtown...so only ever seeing the one in blews st as the other one got bombed out when he was about 10 years old he naturally thought it
