The Bull - Gun Quarter

Not sure if this has already had a thread, the search gave so many answers I gave up.

I used this place about 20 years ago when living near it.Like many pubs in that area it struggled back then.I did hear however it's re-invented itself now,no doubt helped by the closeness of the many apartments around.

Not sure if those are houses on the one side,or just part of the pub itself.

Hi Wessex,

Just loving your photo-tour of good old Brum pubs. The Bull was our favourite Sunday lunch spot for years - good beer, and the gaffer did great platters of cheese, crusty bread and onions-in-vinegar, all on a huge oval plate. You just tucked in with fingers.

Very happy to see that it's still going.

Big Gee.

PS: more Brum pub photos please!

My brother band his friends used to use the Bull they worked over the road in the boilerhouse of the general hospital hope i have the right pub
