Swifts Cottage Erdington

Hi Viv,

Looking at Moor End Lane and Fern Road, they merge just at this cottage. I think it became known as Fern Cottage and although it had been thatched it was tiled in later life. This photo from Images of England, Erdington Volume II by Peter Drake and Marian Baxter shows the cottage.
