Not heard of the Stellite Works before. It was reported as fronting Chester (edit Cheston - article typo) Road and looks to have been a substantial factory. I think the article is saying it was acquired by the British Electric Company along with some other cycle parts manufacturers.

The Stellite Works was acquired by Vickers and renamed The Electric & Ordnance Accessories Co. Ltd., to make munitions and electrical products.
The company moved to Drews Lane at the end of 1914.
