Statue by the Hall of Memory

Found a few interesting facts about the Hall Of Memory in Arthur Mee's book 'Warwickshire'
It cost £24,000, contains 14,000 names of Birmingham men who died, the book is written on parchment with ink that will not fade,took 4years to complete,pages are turned 3 times a week, and it takes 8 months for them to be turned.
