Spring gardens pub

Does anyone have any information or photo of the Spring Gardens pub in floodgate street late 1800/1903.My 2xgreat grandfather was the publican from 1876 until he died in 1903 ( supplied by mike gee).Was the postal address no 14?

Hi Frank, was your 2 x great grandfather John Hanson by any chance? If so he is my 2 x great Uncle. He was at the time married to Emma (his second wife). I've found him on the 1881 Census. Cheers. Christina
 
My 3rd gt grandfather - James Dawes - was the publican there when he died in August 1858. I found this thread when I was searching for the pub. Does it still exist?
