I don't think it is the same place - can't find a map shwing Mill Lne crossing the High Street.
The shop you have posted is further along I think - it is listed as 122 which doesn't exist on the map.
Looks more like the Manor House which is 126

1953 map - Manor House is the place marked as Community Centre but the Manor House is not on acorner

Don't know why I didn't look sooner but... according to a book I have "Solihull A Pictorial History" that old building in post 29 was THe "George and Dragon pub photographed before 1887. Later the premises housed a bakers.
I can't find it marked in a map nor listed in a Directory.
It suggests it was demolished around 1962 - I have no memories of it.
