I think this is the junction with Bankes Road. The corner shop was a general store. Floyer Road is the next one down the hill. The fence on the right was around St. Benedict's Church. The colour photo is Floyer Road. The shop on the corner used to be a wine and beer shop with Kendalls grocery store opposite.
