Simpkin, frederick and zena

Can anyone please help me find the deaths of these two people, who were married in Birmingham in 1880? Zena's christened name was Rosina and her maiden name was Taylor. She was born in Birmingham. Frederick was born in Loughborough, Leicester.

Have you tried looking in FreeBMD.org.uk

There is a Zena Simpkin who died in 1945 in Birmingham and there are a number of Frederick deaths noted including one in Leicester.

You could narrow it down if you know when they were born as their age at death are shown against their names.

If your Frederick Simpkin was born 1858 as per the 1911 there is a death in Bham Nth in 1932 aged 74 ref 6d 295 JAS

Thanks Suzanne these are both what I was looking for, they're the correct people. Jill I tried looking on BMD but couldn't find them. Thanks for your help also.

Chris that happens to me all the time. I've looked and looked for someone and can't find them. Then I look another day and they pop straight up.

What's the phrase? Just because it's an inanimate object, doesn't mean it can't play tricks.
