It has been announced that the series is returning for another batch of episodes, but the implication, hinted at in this series that it will relocate to the "Bowman Institute" in Birmingham. so perhaps we shall see some gory murders and events portrayed soon around here

Some stills from Series 29, episode 1. The location of the police station shown in the series details:

Once Tame House, then Perry Beeches School, now Core Education/City Academy, corner of Newhall Street (#156) and Charlotte Street

Bowman Centre of Excellence, Birmingham (The Bond)

The Birmingham base in place of the former series fictional London forensics base the 'Lyell', is the Sir William Bowman Centre of Excellence. This is The Bond building.

Night time view of the Bull Ring Open Market, Upper Dean Street. 'The Fancy Silk Store' (right) is the real name of the business located there.

A number of scenes refer to a building named "Creekwood Asylum". The photo momentarily shown of this 'Asylum' on screen is of the former Aston Commercial School/Holte Grammar on Whitehead Road. I think it became part of Aston University
