Signing In To Forum And Password Issues...

Whenever I try and sign in to the forum now, I keep being told that I've entered an incorrect password and my only course of action is to say that I have forgotten my password - which I haven't - and go through the rigmarole of re-setting the password, etc. Next time I come to log in, I'm told that I have entered the wrong... etc, etc, etc. I've never experienced this issue before and, to be honest, it's becoming something of a chore to keep having to do this... Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated? Thank you!
 
You could try clearing your browsing history. Sometimes it get stuck in a loop (well that is how I think of it). Then log in and see if it is OK. If not then no idea - sorry.
I have to say I don't log out as I am the only one in the family who uses the forum and am on it a lot so I just stay logged in.

Thank you for your response Janice!! I'd cleared my history and also have external (to my browser) cleaning software that I run regularly, and nothing seems to have made a difference?

No - I never log out either, normally, so can't imagine how I got into this pickle!? Lol!

On windows, password for websites are stored for future use. When you go to a site, a password request will be checked against the list, and filled in. If the store is corrupted, or simply in error, then the site will demand a new password.

Thankfully, I've just managed - somehow - to log in on my previous 'incarnation' on the forum, so, fingers crossed, everything is fine now!!
