According to Free BMD the marriage was Dec Q 1870 Birmingham so it would not have been Aston.I have family in Burbury St listed as Aston but the ones in Farm Street were in Birmingham. The info will be on the marriage cert but they are so expensive now. Hope you can get some more help x

The Marriage records from 1870 give the same info as above, but there are a three possible matches on the 1871 census which would, I think, have been taken at the end of march that year, so just a month or so later :-

In the case of the first match, the census image gives Williams occupation as a cabinet maker.
The second match gives Williams occupation as a gas fitter and his wife as a saddle seamer.
The third match gives Williams occupation as a carpenter whilst his wife looks to have been born in Wolverhampton.
Dont know if that helps any, but it may give you a few clues I hope
