Rosenberg Wedding Photo - anyone familiar?

Attached is a photo of my great grandfather Joseph Rosenberg's second marriage. Because of a family fall-out, we know nothing about what happened after he married this lady, who I know was called Nel (Eleanor?). The only other person I know is the lady fifth from the right: his daughter, Beryl Rosenberg. Do you recognise anyone in this picture?

There is a Joseph Rosenberg / Minnie F Henderson marriage 4th quarter 1923 in Birmingham, but the fashions look later than that, more 1940s. Do you know the approximate date of the second wedding?
The only Beryl Rosenberg I can find was born exactly the same quarter, 4th quarter 1923 in Birmingham, mother's maiden name Litherland. Any connection?

Yes, Beryl Rosenberg was my great aunt, born end of 1923 (eventually marrying David Nicholls). She was my grandmother Joan Rosenberg's sister. I have loads of stuff on the Litherlands, but very little about Joseph Rosenberg. He was a Jew of German/Austrian origin, born 1892. Came to UK some time before WW1 and became a British soldier (Pte 62304 Welsh(?)). In 1917 he was living in All Saints Rd, lodging with Harry Litherland - the brother of his future first wife Ellen Litherland (my great grandmother).
There was a fall-out in the family and so my grandmother didn't attend his second marriage, which took place around 1948/1949 at All Saints' Church. I heard they moved to Hampstead Rd, but that's it really.

in 1925 at 26 All Saints Rd is Joseph and Nellie Rosenberg
in 1930 at above is Joseph and Nellie
in 1935 at above is Joseph and Ellen Isobel
