It was in our old photo folder and for the life of me can't figure out what it is or how it got there. Have to call in our resident ghost hunter. Glad someone else spotted the dog and yes it does look like a gun Chris.
I cant see a dog ..or a chair Im afraid, it looks like a man wearing sci fi type body armour,(something like a Mad Max type character I think) that is kneeling down, showing the soles of his boots, the man's head is facing to the left of the picture, he has his mouth open as if he is shouting out in anger or pain, then I can see what looks like hands above his knees and there is what looks like a face on the back of his armour facing to the right of the picture...oh yes and I can see the gun....buts thats just my opinion and I havent got my specs on
Sheera definatley no little birds in this one or at least not to my knowledge. Lindyloo I am now wondering if one of the grandchildren have put it on without telling us?. I have so many old photo's in this album and I presumed it was one I had put on but I am sure it is not. Jean.
Jean, it puts me in mind of when my son used to spend his time in Games Workshop up Solihull, it looks like a character he would build and paint.
My partner says it looks like a "Tron" type figure.......
Jean i am certain it is one your forgotten "Masterpiece" paintings when you could`nt afford to buy nice, bright colourful paints and you used unflushed bog water instead. Len.
Jean, I have copied it and sent it to my son to see if he recognises it, because not only did he spend his youthful hours at Games Workshop, he also now works there !!.. Lynne
Lindyloo have absolutely no idea whats happening with picture its not opening for me either have tried editing attachment to resize but cannot do it ? am now trying from Maggies pc
Otherhalf, Im afraid I cant help either as Im lost when it comes to the workings of the site, !! I did try enhancing the photo myself but it didnt improve it much....thanks for trying anyway
I am Now back on my own Pc and it is opening fine now on this I still dont know what happened ???its bugging me now so will try this one hopefully with more "tone " seems to be ok ???? now
Jean, I just had a reply from my son and he agrees with me on it being a Warhammer figure, he thinks it is a Space Marine. The black and white drawings are usually in the Books that accompany the models. So it is likely it belongs to one of your younger family members...hope this goes some way to solving your mystery....Lynne
Yes OtherHalf, that opens fine, hopefully the mystery of what it is, is solved now, Jean just needs to find out who it belongs to to complete the question. I have asked my son if he can find a similar picture..
Thanks all so much. Jemma comes home from a weekend away and I will forward it to her to see if she put it on. The only other thing I can think of is she coppied it as she is a good little artist but we can't remember it being put on our computer. Thanks you again every one for your help. Here's me thinking it was an old family photo. TTFN. Jean.
Hi Jean, my son sent me this picture of a type of Space Marine, so that you can see why I thought it was one of the figures (providing I can work out how to attach it !!!)....it may turn out to be something totally different when you find out what it is, but it was fun trying to work it out. Lynne
