Remembering Civilians

Oisin

gone but not forgotten
I was in town the other day and didn't notice it, so does anyone know if the "too tall/too short" Tree of Life, memorial to the civilian war dead has been been re-erected yet. If not, are there any plans to get it back by Sunday. If it isn't in position by then I think our wonderful council should hang their heads in utter shame.

Oisin,
Could not agree with you more mate O0
I read that it is going to cost £155,000 to move the statue
of Matthew Bolton & Co !!!!!!

I'm pleased to report that I have received positive information today that the monument is now in situ in time for the services tomorrow.

Isn't it a wonderful bunch of people we have running our city, eh? ;)
