Regent Place Selly Oak

Grea

master brummie
I am looking for ANY information, photos, pictures or maps relating to Regents Place Selly Oak. Regents Place was situated behind the Selly Oak Institute Building situated on the Bristol road. Thanks G

That's brilliant, thank you. Have you any idea if there is any way of discovering the occupants G

Many thanks, much appreciated. I am looking for Frank and Ada Farrell. They lived there for a while and moved out in the early 60s G

In the 1960s the years 1960, 1952 & 1965. The search engine doesn't always work very well but:
In 1965 William F Farrell & Ada Farrell were at 15 Regent Terrace
In 1962 Phyllis Cutler (only her) was at no 15
In 1962 they were at 25 Padbury House, Ley Hill Farm Road
Probably not the same but William Frank Farrell & Ada Farrell in 1935 are listed as at no 3 court 1 Benacre St

Hi Grea. You probably realise Regent Place no longer exists, modern houses have been built on the site. But you can still see the passageway leading to Regent Place alongside the former Selly Oak Institute on Bristol Road. Using Streetview and Mike's map in post #2, Regent Place must have been just beyond my blue dots on the maps and to the right further down the passageway in the photo. (My blue dots represent the end of the Institute buildings along the passageway in the photo). Viv.
