I have a friend who wants some info from Dublin - there is a mystery surrounding her birth in 1951 - so I thought somebody on the forum could help please.

1. Can you access BMD's in Dublin.?
2. Is there something like Kelly's where you can access an address?
3. Is there a forum like this one?
