Railway workers

Hi

I am trying to find information on my great uncle and possibly my grandmother who may have worked for the railway, they lived in
bordesley green, churchill road.

Any info would be brilliant

Lisa

yes, sorry, my great uncles name is or was william edward norris, he was working for the railway definately around 1923 when he was probably around 20 ish. not sure what he did though, but lived in bordesley green.

on my fathers birth certificate it states that his mother was an engineers clerk - presume her brother maybe got her the job. my father was born in 1923 so previously to this, and maybe afterwards too.

that is all i know

thanks

Lisa
