I'm trying to track down any info and/or pictures of Queenswood School (or College) which was in Perry Barr. I believe the school was on Birchfield Road, somewhere between Trinity Road and the Odeon cinema. It was on the cinema side and was, I think, in an old Victorian House. I know it was there in the 1930s but expect it was demolished in the 50s/60s. Any info very welcome. Viv.
 
Queenswood College was at 247 Birchfield rd. Cannot be 100& sure, but i think it was the building in red on he c 1938 map. It mifgt be one house out, but no more.
