between the malt shovel,high st aston
and the malt shovel,corner of ward st,
and tower st.
 
hello ALF, both licensees were female,and i might get shot
down in flames for this,but to my knowledge they wer'e
mother and daughter. the mother keeping the one on
high st,and the daughter had the 'little'malt on ward st/lower tower st.
one was i believe was the first female licensee in birmingham.
