Not far from from the old pheasant pub down the lanes not far from the icneild street
Kings norton going by the brand new road s signage marking
As we know that some part of the lanes have been widened and marked
Couldit be it was the old pheasant or it was not from from it
But the old roman road comes to ickneild street
The garden and surrlounding bushes and trees and the out lay looks familiar to me
Yes Ickneild street out there in kings Morton

alan if you got to post 57 you will see its the coach and horses pub icknield st worcester

Hi Lyn

First time back on this forum after a long time away.

I used to live in Hadley St with my parents and we were moved from there in around 1963 because the council wanted to renovate the area in order for the ring road to go underneath Constitution Hill flyover. My dad was a frequent user over the Little Abbey, the big Bulls Head and the little Bulls Head too. If my old memory serves me well the Manager of all three pubs at various times between early 60's and early 70's were Ron & Theresa Robinson - Ron also worked at the Bham Post & Mail
